Santander Coventry Branch is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor. 35 hours per week, rota’d Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling cash transactions, assisting with tech in-branch, and supporting customers by phone or in person.
You’ll listen, resolve issues, build relationships, and continually develop knowledge of Santander products and services. A multi-skilled, flexible approach is expected in a fast-paced branch environment.
