Job Description:

Customer Service Join a leading international business in Burgess Hill as a Customer Service Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment until the end of the year, combining customer service, order processing, and administration. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers great experience in a friendly team setting. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting customers from order placement to payment Accurately processing customer and supplier data using systems like SAP Tracking deliveries, returns, and supply updates Handling complaints and resolving issues professionally Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone, email, and live chat

What You’ll Bring :
Experience in an office-based customer service role (ideally in wholesale, manufacturing, or parts) Strong communication skills, written and verbal Proven customer order processing experience Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (advantageous) Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables and V look ups) Own transport is recommended if you're outside the local area (free parking available) Additional Perks While Temping with Us:
