Red Dot Search is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Advisor for a fully on-site role in Coventry (Meriden Business Park). The position offers a basic salary of £26,436.68 plus commission with an OTE around £29.5k, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30 and one Saturday in three. Free parking and on-site facilities are provided.
The role focuses on inbound enquiries for spa days, spa breaks and treatments, guiding customers to the right booking with great service and confidence.
