Customer Success Agent - Buyer Engagement; French

We're looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our growing team in Lisbon / Loures. In this role, you'll work directly with automotive dealers across French speaking market, helping them discover, buy and sell vehicles through our innovative marketplace. You'll become a trusted partner to our customers, supporting them from onboarding through to becoming active, loyal buyers.

As part of our Customer Success team, you'll:

• Build relationships with automotive dealers and become their trusted point of contact
• Identify and engage potential new customers through outbound calls, referrals, and campaigns
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and help them get started successfully
• Support customers on their journey to their first purchase and encourage ongoing platform activity
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant vehicle buying opportunities
• Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to increase engagement and retention
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Claims, and Sales Operations
• Keep customer information up to date in our CRM system
• Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and marketplace performance

This role is ideal for someone with first professional experience who wants to develop a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Native-level French skills and Business-level English (B2/C1)
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, retail, hospitality, sales support, recruitment, or another customer-facing role
• Confidence communicating by phone (outbound calling) and email
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer focus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in working with data, customer insights, and digital platforms
• The ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team

• Experience with in automotive, e-commerce, or online marketplaces
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools
