Qualified Dental Nurse

Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse to join Torcross Dental Practice in Coventry as part of the Rodericks Dental Partners group.

Hours:

22.5 per week. The role involves supporting clinical staff and enhancing patient experience.

• Large end‑terrace house with 4 surgeries using Dentally software
• Close to Coventry train station, with bus stops outside
• Near M6 motorway
• Free on‑site parking at rear
• Close to town centre, shops, restaurants, and green parks
• Dentists ranging from 4 to 15 years’ experience
• Practice Manager with 21 years’ experience
• Services offered: implants, fixed orthodontics, Invisalign

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks

• Qualified and GDC‑registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
