OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an award‑winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the residential, commercial, and education sectors.
They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Coventry. This is a permanent role.

- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post‑qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing projects across various sectors
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Strong technical detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
