Job Title:

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the residential, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Coventry.

- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing projects across various sectors
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Strong technical detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
