Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice offering multidisciplined services to the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Coventry studio.

- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Relevant degree within architectural technology
- Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience managing projects across various sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
