A growing landscape studio in the West Midlands is looking for a Landscape Architect who enjoys juggling a mix of projects and taking real ownership of how they're delivered. The role offers plenty of room to lead day-to-day activities, make decisions, and keep things moving, with support available whenever needed.

We are seeking someone who can jump in, learn quickly, and spot what needs doing before being asked. You should be genuinely interested in landscape and its role in the broader context, and you should have a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical expertise. Continuous professional development and future career progression are also important to you.

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• Experience producing LVIA's
• Comfortable running projects at various stages – from early concepts through planning and detailing to site support
• Skill in client communication, coordination with design teams, and guiding assistants
• Confidence in producing drawings using standard CAD software
• Good plant knowledge and the ability to integrate planting effectively in context
• Ability to prepare hardlandscape detailing
• Comfortable joining design meetings and contributing landscape advice that shapes the scheme
• Strong communication skills in writing, drawing and conversation
• A driving licence and a car for meetings and site visits
