East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Gynaecology Team Manager to lead the Gynaecology Main Theatres team, with the ability to scrub and circulate across Gynaecology Main Theatres, including CMR robotic surgery, and to support other theatre areas as needed.
You will provide clinical leadership across obstetrics, A&E and X‑ray, coordinating resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery of routine and emergency theatre services, including out‑of‑hours and on‑call commitments.
