- 4 sessions per week

- Research Active Practice
- Mix of face to face, telephone, on the day and book ahead appointments
- 15 minute appointments for face to face book ahead appointments
- Low home visiting rate
- Daily coffee meetings
- In-house education meetings twice a month, in addition to monthly practice meetings and PLT
- Highly trained administrators who deal with the majority of incoming docman mail, QOF and medication management
- Consistent high QOF scores
- 4.5 star google rating
