We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and qualified RE Teacher to join a thriving Humanities Department in a well-respected Coventry Secondary School. This is a long-term, full-time role starting in January, perfect for an educator with QTS, who wants to make a lasting impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following statutory provisions
 
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS5 that promote critical thinking and reflection
 
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages open dialogue
 
* Support students in developing both academic understanding and moral awareness
 
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback to help every learner succeed
 
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school’s behaviour policy
 
* Work in partnership with parents/carers, ensuring open, respectful and timely communication to celebrate success and address concerns
 
* Engage in continuous professional learning, embracing feedback and contribute to departmental excellence
