Learning Support Assistant

A friendly and inclusive primary school in the CV6 area of Coventry is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages and make a meaningful impact in their educational journey.

About the Role:

Support pupils with their learning on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom setting

Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement targeted support strategies

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Encourage pupil independence and confidence

Support pupils’ social and emotional development as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting

A patient, caring, and flexible approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An understanding of safeguarding and the ability to follow school procedures
