This position is part-time and will be to work mornings only.
The role itself:
You will be working on a 1:2 basis, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully.
You must have:
Strong adaptability
A strong passion for learning and showing creativity.
Patience, Resilience and Reliability
Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil.
Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years’ experience.
Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one.
Have previous experience working within education or a similar environment.
