Roles and Responsibilities

* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following statutory provisions

* Delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that stretch and support students of all abilities

* Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel confident to participate and succeed

* Using effective assessment to track progress, identify gaps and adapt teaching to maximise learning

* Contributing to curriculum planning, enrichment activities and continuous improvement within the department

* Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student

* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school’s behaviour policy
