Position: Ks1 Teaching Assistant (Temporary)
Full‑Time EYFS, KS1 & SEN Teaching Assistant – Coventry (Radford Area)

APT Education, the challenger brand in primary recruitment, is seeking experienced EYFS, KS1 and SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Coventry, near Radford. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, supporting pupils across Early Years and Key Stage 1.

🏫 The Role

* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

* Lead and assist with small group interventions in literacy and numeracy

* Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging EYFS and KS1 learning experiences

* Contribute to the wider school community with professionalism and care

✅ Candidate Requirements

* UK school or nursery experience in EYFS and KS1 (essential)

* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths

* Proven track record of supporting pupils individually and in groups

* Experience supporting pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs)

* A fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
