Job details- Job Title: SEND Behaviour Mentor
- Location: Ash Green School, Coventry
- Salary: NJC Pay Scale – £31,022 – £33,699 (£26,682 – £28,984 pro rata for term time only)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Part time

Ash Green School are seeking a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage student behaviour effectively, with a calm and professional approach.
Ideal Candidate- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience of delivering literacy and numeracy interventions successfully.
- Working knowledge of meeting the needs of young people with SEND and implementing strategies to support their development.
