• Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils well‑being following statutory provisions
• Inspire students to develop a love of Geography through enquiry‑based learning and real‑world case studies across KS3 KS5
• Use innovative teaching strategies to support a range of learning styles and abilities
• Participate in school trips, fieldwork and extra‑curricular activities that bring the subject to life
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback to help every learner succeed
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school s behaviour policy
• Work in partnership with parents/carers, ensuring open, respectful and timely communication to celebrate success and address concerns
• Engage in continuous professional learning, embracing feedback and contribute to departmental excellence
