• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for a small class of primary‑aged pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Creating a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support and interventions
• Using creative approaches to develop communication, independence and social skills
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records
• Contributing to the wider school community and sharing good practice
