Salary
:
Grade 3: £25,185 to £26,403 full-time equivalent (£18,015 - £18,886 pro rata to hours and weeks worked).
Hours
: 30.5 hours per week, school term time plus 5 teacher training days (39 weeks per year). Hours of work are 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team at Foxford School as a Teaching Assistant (Student Support Facilitator). In this role you will provide academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups of students within the school, some of whom will have Special Educational Needs. You will provide a specialism in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and ability to motivate students to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
