• Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well‑being following statutory provisions
• Deliver high‑quality, engaging Maths lessons that stretch and support students of all abilities
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel confident to participate and succeed
• Use effective assessment to track progress, identify gaps and adapt teaching to maximise learning
• Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment activities and continuous improvement within the department
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school's behaviour policy
