Ash Green School is seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to lead our inclusive provision. You’ll ensure high-quality support for students with special educational needs, working closely with staff, families, and external partners to help every learner succeed. If you’re committed to making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate- Qualified teacher status.
- A proven track record of achieving strong progress outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- The ability to remain emotionally resilient when managing challenging behaviours, while demonstrating a constructive approach to authority and maintaining discipline.
