We are seeking a Learning Systems Support Coordinator for a 13‑month fixed‑term contract / maternity cover within the Learning Systems Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in the technology and platforms used to support teaching, learning and assessment in higher education. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in the development, support and implementation of teaching and learning systems used by over 30,000 students.

The team works closely with colleagues across the institution to support applications such as Moodle, Echo
360, e‑assessment tools, ePortfolios, etc.

You're someone who loves helping people get the most out of digital tools for learning, especially in a top university setting. In our Information & Digital Group (IDG), you'll support our University Digital Strategy by giving reliable, friendly help to staff and students. You'll focus on making sure their needs come first and that we deliver support that feels straightforward and valuable every step of the way.
