Grange Farm are looking to add to the team of enthusiastic and committed teaching staff we have at our friendly and successful school. Strong relationships between staff and children ensure that children are happy attending Grange Farm. This is evident in the exemplary behaviour that children show, which is commented on by the vast majority of visitors who come to Grange Farm.

You will have responsibility for delivering high-quality PE and School Sports provision, with some additional cover teaching across the School. Experience of teaching whole classes is essential.

This role would be suitable for a teacher who wishes to make a career change or a HLTA who wishes to progress further. However, applications are welcome from other suitably qualified candidates.

Please note that this is a term‑time only role and annual leave is not permitted to be taken during the working weeks of this role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum for all subjects, in particular, Physical Education.
• Knowledge of the skills and techniques, rules and regulations in a range of Sports.

In return, you will work within a dedicated PE and Sports team, alongside a PE teaching assistant. Regular CPD opportunities are offered throughout the year to ensure you continue to develop your skills and expertise.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
