Class Teacher

Castle Phoenix Trust is seeking a Class Teacher to join Richard Lee Primary School, a full‑time, permanent role with a leadership scholarship. The successful candidate will start by Easter 2026 (or earlier).

As a Class Teacher you will deliver KS1 and KS2 curriculum, plan lessons, assess pupils, and support their learning and development within the school community.

• Highly motivated, innovative, and effective teacher of Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 with willingness to teach across both phases.
• Inclusive ethos with children at the heart of teaching and learning.
• Ability to inspire and enthuse.
• Sets high expectations for all.
• Reflective practitioner keen to learn and develop as a leader.
• Strong commitment to partnership with parents, governors, and community.
• Team player with good sense of humour and a positive attitude.
• Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
