We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Coventry, working with students aged 5-16 with a range of needs including ASD, SLD, complex needs, and PMLD.

About the Role:

Full-time, long-term or permanent opportunity

Teaching across both primary and secondary phases

Tailored curriculum delivery for students with moderate to profound learning difficulties

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and support staff

Access to specialist resources, sensory rooms, and assistive technology

The Ideal Candidate :
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential

Proven experience working in a SEN or complex needs setting

Confident in using alternative communication methods (PECS, Makaton, AAC)

Able to differentiate creatively and engage students with diverse and complex profiles

Compassionate, resilient, and team-oriented
