APT Education is seeking a calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to work closely with a non-verbal pupil in a nurturing primary school setting. This full-time role offers the chance to build trust, support communication, and make a meaningful difference in a child's daily experience.

- Experience in SEN, care, or communication support roles
- Calm, patient, and emotionally attuned
- Familiarity with non-verbal communication strategies (PECS, Makaton, AAC) is a plus
