The Role Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to work within a PRU based in Westminster. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting KS3KS4 students who present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and are at risk of exclusion. You will be required to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support and assist with de-escalation and crisis management when required.

Team Teach or restraint training is essential for this role. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, proactive and experienced working in high-pressure environments such as PRUs or AP settings. The School Behaviour Mentor This PRU is located in the London Borough of Westminster and supports students aged 1116 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The school is well-resourced, has a strong leadership team and is easily accessible via public transport.
