For informal enquiries, please contact Fran Pinches (Taught Programmes Officer) at  Warwick Mathematics Institute has a vacancy for a full time Taught Programmes Co-ordinator to join our student facing team which supports our undergraduate and taught masters students’ education and their wider student experience. The WMI is a large, vibrant department, and this role, based in a modern, purpose built environment on the central University Campus, presents a good opportunity for someone wishing to extend their administrative skills within an academic environment with a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About The Department

We have a friendly Professional Services Team of approximately 30 staff who provide the administrative support to ensure the department can successfully deliver on all it offers in a professional and positive way. The Professional Services Team includes, but is not limited to, a Taught Programmes team who support our undergraduate and postgraduate taught students; teams working to support our postgraduate research students;

an Outreach team who are responsible for supporting schools and colleges in the teaching and learning of mathematics in the local region, with the aim to increase participation in Core Maths, AS and A Level Maths and Further Maths, the Finance team and a team who work in the Mathematics Research Centre (MRC), which is there to support our large programme of academic seminars, workshops and conferences.
