A lovely Secondary School in Coventry is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to start after half term (the last week of February) on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through the power of language. From Shakespeare to spoken word, persuasive writing to purposeful reading. You’ll be joining a supportive School community that values high-quality teaching, creativity and strong relationships with learners.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Willingness to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks
* Proven experience teaching English at Secondary level
* Have a genuine passion for supporting students in developing confidence, literacy and a love of learning
* Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
* Strong and positive behaviour management skills
* Read the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (2025 document)
