* Salary: £85-£105 Per Day (Paid Weekly)
We are currently seeking a committed and caring Attendance Officer to join a supportive All-Through School in Coventry on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately. This is a key role within the School, supporting student engagement, safeguarding and overall attendance improvement.
To be a successful candidate you must:

* Demonstrate a calm, professional and resilient approach

* Have previous experience working within a School/education setting

* Be willing to drive and conduct home visits (Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role)

Roles and Responsibilities

* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’document)

* Conducting home visits to support families and address attendance concerns

* Monitoring and analysing daily attendance data

* Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with school and local authority expectations

* Building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and external agencies
