Looking for a role where you can settle, build relationships, and actually see progress over time?

Sprint Education Recruitment is looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants and graduates with SEN experience in education settings for long term roles across Coventry & Warwickshire.

We work with mainstream schools and specialist provisions that need consistent, capable adults who understand how to support students with additional needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you might be providing 1:1 support, running small group interventions, or supporting across a classroom.

You could be working with pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or moderate learning difficulties.

Every setting’s different, but the focus is the same. Calm support. Clear expectations. Positive relationships.

Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND

* Adapt learning alongside the class teacher

* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

* Help pupils access literacy and numeracy

* Contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom

* Share observations and feedback with the wider team

Requirements

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant degree

* Recent experience supporting children or young people with SEND

* Experience with in an education setting

* Full-time availability preferred, part-time will be considered

* Patient, proactive, and reliable approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
