We are delighted to be working with a lovely, supportive Secondary School in Coventry that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and is looking for stability, consistency and the chance to become a valued member of a School community.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support across the School.

• Salary: £80‑£105 per Day (Paid Weekly)

• Have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have at least 3 months' child-related experience in a school or similar setting
• Be willing to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks

• Adhere to safeguarding and School policies at all times
• Support students with their academic, social and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with class Teachers and SEN staff
• Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
