Position: Teaching Assistant (Student Support Mentor)

Caludon Castle School in Coventry is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Student Support Mentor)

Full or Part time
, term time only plus 5 teacher training days

Grade 3 £ 25,185 - £26,403 (Full time equivalent) pro rata to hours worked

(£18,901 - £19,815 actual salary based on 32 hours per week)

Start date negotiable

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a key worker for an identified year group, liaising with teachers, tutors, parents and carers. You will attend meetings, oversee student progress and serve as a reporting link to staff at all levels. You will also provide classroom assistance with timetabled intervention/support and occasionally offer teaching cover.
