The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 within the classroom
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs
Help promote positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
Contribute to intervention programmes and small group work Build strong, professional relationships with students, staff, and families
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with secondary-aged students (in a school or similar setting)
Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusion
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to supporting learning
Is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
