• Mix of managing the Additional Learning Support team and traditional SENCo work
• Supporting the Safeguarding Manager
• Onsite (non negotiable)

• Experience as a SENCo in ideally Colleges / Sixth Forms
• Extensive knowledge of additional learning needs
• Knowledge of SEND code of practice essential
• Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
