Role Details
Role: Full-Time Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities- Support secondary students with SEND in class and small group settings.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, tailored lessons.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Experience working with secondary-aged students, preferably in SEND or alternative provision settings.
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Committed to making a real difference in students' lives.
- Full‑time role starting immediately.
