Our partner schools range from small community settings to larger academies, giving you plenty of choice when it comes to finding the right environment. As schools begin planning ahead for September 2026, we're supporting them with reliable, confident teachers who can bring stability and strong classroom practice.
Our long‑standing relationships in Coventry mean you'll be joining schools that value professionalism, consistency and a positive approach to teaching.
Your new role
We're looking to speak with teachers who are considering flexible work from September 2026. Roles vary from day‑to‑day supply to longer placements and permanent opportunities, with both part‑time and full‑time options available. You may be delivering set lessons, supporting mixed‑ability groups or taking responsibility for a class over a sustained period. Coventry schools are known for their supportive teams, and each placement offers the chance to work with staff who appreciate clear communication, adaptability and a calm presence in the classroom.
