Clarence Recruitment are seeking an outstanding Mathematics Teacher for a high‑performing secondary school in Coventry to cover a maternity leave position from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a popular and academically successful school with a highly regarded Mathematics department.

The role is open to experienced teachers, ECTs/NQTs, and unqualified Mathematics teachers with strong subject knowledge. The school offers exceptional CPD and support, particularly for early career teachers, and provides leadership and TLR opportunities for experienced candidates.

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across the secondary age range
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that drive strong pupil progress
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to the success of the Mathematics department
• Support whole-school initiatives and enrichment where appropriate

• Applications are welcomed from Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) teachers, ECTs/NQTs, and unqualified Mathematics teachers with relevant experience.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
