The Role- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with support staff and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to IEPs and personalised learning plans
- Support students' academic, emotional and social development
- Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of supporting children/young people with SEN, Autism and/or Learning Disabilities
- A patient, therapeutic and adaptable teaching approach
- Commitment to personalised learning and inclusive practice
- A passion for helping young people achieve independence and confidence
