About the role:
Justteachers is recruiting for a KS2 class teacher to join a primary school in Coventry. This full‑time position will run until summer 2026 and will involve delivering the KS2 curriculum while supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development.
The primary school is a diverse school that prides itself on its inclusive ethos and strong community values. The school is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to be resilient, independent learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons that support pupils in mastering the KS2 curriculum
- Effectively prepare pupils for the transition to secondary school at the end of Key stage 2
- Promote positive behaviour across the classroom by using effective strategies and clear routines
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
