About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Standards lead and Class teacher to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our diverse student body. You will work collaboratively to promote a culture of aspiration and achievement. The successful candidate will ensure application and consistency of the Frederick Bird curriculum, whilst also developing staff teaching skills by modelling high-quality teaching, coaching and training other members of staff.

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, to take responsibility for a safe environment and to promote children’s welfare, to undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training, and to familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
