We are looking for a dedicated Standards Lead and Class Teacher to join our team, delivering high‑quality teaching and learning experiences to our diverse student body. You will work collaboratively to promote a culture of aspiration and achievement. The successful candidate will ensure application and consistency of the curriculum, while developing staff teaching skills by modelling high‑quality teaching, coaching and training colleagues.
ResponsibilitiesAll staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training, and familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
Qualifications and Experience- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Dedication to the vision that all children are entitled to a first‑class education.
- Experience of promoting positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards.
- A genuine belief that all children are equal and celebration of diversity in our school communities.
