The Governors of Park Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, and has strong classroom experience, along with a caring and supportive approach to working with children, to join our Key Stage 2 team.

We are looking to employ 2 HLTA's 1 for each KS1 and KS2. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and who is committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

The working pattern for this role is:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities and Key Duties
  • Hold an NVQ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Deliver agreed lessons and learning experiences to individuals, groups and whole classes as required
  • Support teaching and learning within a Key Stage classroom
  • Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating empathy, focus, and commitment
  • Be committed to giving the very best support to every child
  • Support our pupils in their academic, social, and emotional Development
