Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, Elementary School
West Coventry Academy are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and forward‑thinking Teacher of MFL to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and motivate students, delivering high‑quality teaching and learning. It is essential that you can teach Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it.
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress.
- Embraces continuous professional development and reflective practice.
