Are you completing a Psychology or Counselling degree this year and looking to apply your knowledge in a hands‑on, real‑world setting?
Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Support Assistants to work in specialist SEN schools, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and Autism (ASC).

- Support students with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC) and behavioural challenges
- Help pupils regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
- Build strong, consistent and trusting relationships
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
- Support learning, engagement and social development

Who We’re Looking For- Final-year Psychology or Counselling students (or recent graduates)
- Strong interest in SEMH, behaviour or Autism support
- Calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent individuals
- Confident communicators who can build rapport
No school experience required – your degree is highly transferable
