The governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a new Cover Supervisor role within KS2 to commence in September 2026. Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of the school. Although we are a large primary school in Coventry, we pride ourselves on knowing each child and family individually allowing our children to achieve their maximum potential.

The successful candidate will be expected to;

• Undertake appropriate planning and preparation of lessons and courses for individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Deliver agreed lessons and learning experiences to individuals, groups and whole classes as required.
• Assess the development, progress and attainment of pupils.
• To prepare and provide written and/or verbal reports, evaluations and action plans for Senior Management Team.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Be an exemplary practitioner with a love for learning
• Be motivated and committed to supporting young people in their school environment.
• Have an excellent working knowledge of the curriculum with a drive to support the outcomes of our children within additional needs, their families and staff.
• Be committed to promoting the welfare of and safeguarding of our children
