Position

Teacher of English – Permanent, Full time, Start date September 2026. TMS/UPS.

Caludon Castle School in Coventry.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for learning and teaching, and a commitment to securing high quality provision in English.
  • Be an inspiring leader with the drive to achieve exceptional outcomes and deliver inclusive, aspirational learning experiences for all students.
  • Have a strong track record of delivering successful GCSE outcomes across a range of abilities.
  • Be able to support, motivate and develop colleagues to continually improve their practice.
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage, enthuse and inspire both students and staff.
  • Be reflective, resilient and determined to make a profound difference to the lives of young people.
