Tutor, Elementary School, Teacher Assistant​/ Paraprofessional

We are seeking dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across Coventry. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised educational support to students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.

• Deliver tailored tuition sessions that meet the individual needs of each pupil.
• Support students in developing confidence, engagement, and academic progress.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback where required.
• Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between pupil locations.
