Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 MPS scale

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join the Design and Technology Department at a large secondary school in Coventry. The successful candidate will take on a full‑time teaching timetable, primarily delivering Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach A‑Level classes.

• Deliver high‑quality Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, prepare, and assess engaging and effective lessons
• Monitor and support pupil progress and attainment
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Contribute positively to the Design and Technology department

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
• Strong subject knowledge in Food Technology
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (A‑Level desirable but not essential)
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and committed teaching approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
